Customers are in accordance with laws of the Czech Republic eligible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the delivery and can return their goods without giving any reason and without being penalised.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, please respect all the conditions listed below. Cancelled orders are different from Returns. In case of you cancelling an unsent order, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 20 EUR.
RETURNED GOODS:
- must be complete
- must be sent or physically delivered no later than on the 14th day after you received the goods
- must not be used
- must not be damaged in any way
If all of the above conditions for returning goods are met, the price of your purchase is returned to you after we receive the returned goods. By law we have 30 days to send you the money back, but as stated above, we are processing the returns immediately. In case of you returningthe goods to us via a shipping service (Czech post or any other service of your choice), we do not cover the costs associated with this service.
HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS:
Please inform us about your intention to return the goods via e-mail to info@dagmar.cz. We will be very grateful if you told us the real reason of you returning the items. Your feedback is extremely valuable for us and helps us to keep on developing and improving.
